No big-bang release

The risk is not the new framework. It is asking the business to trust a weekend cut-over while the old system is still taking orders.

Move one module whose edges you can name. Lift the rules into a service you can test. Leave the database until the behavior is understood. Run both paths, then point only that slice at the new one. One owner for each fact. The smallest cut the business can verify is the senior decision.
